Quarry Green F.C.


Quarry Green Football Club was established in 1976 under the name of The Peacock F.C. The team changed its name to Quarry Green F.C. in 1997.
In its 35 year history the football club has only had three managers and uniquely the three managers are brothers; Noel Browne, John Browne and the current manager Tony Browne.


Quarry Green F.C. prides it self on being one of longest established clubs in Kirkby and its honors include 4 times winners of the Kirkby and District Sunday League 1st division which included two league and cup doubles and a league and cup treble.
Quarry Green F.C. has also had success in the Liverpool Business Houses Sunday League winning the 5th and 3rd divisions on rout to playing in the LBH premier league.


In the season of 2006/07 Quarry Green Reserves were formed and have also had success in the LBH League winning a divisional cup in its first season.
